Many of you came aboard during the last year. You were excited to become a part of something that could educate you and put you on the right track for financial stability and freedom. We hope that you still have that same zeal.

In 2025, we created a schedule of training sessions and workshops. Members who attended any of those events are already testifying about their own personal breakthroughs. The Bible tells us that “people perish for the lack of knowledge.” It has been coined that “knowledge is power!”

We have been empowering individuals everywhere about their money and how it can work for them. We hope that the last Quarter of 2024 will bring a greater commitment from you to learn more about your business and how you can be empowered through your business.

Those of you who haven’t responded to any of our correspondence, you still have the opportunity to move forward. You should keep in mind that you are a “business owner” now. Conway Arkansas employees and Business Owners across the Nation will be there. This is a good place to talk about starting a Chapter in your city or state doing this year we want to have a Chapter in all 50 states.

"Identifying Your Why"

Step 1. Before setting any Goals, it is important to identify what drives you. I'm sure many of you are thinking this is a no brainer: "I want my business to take off in 2025", " I want to make Millions of dollars", and so on. Your why takes things one step further, though. WHY do you want your business to take off? To support your Family? To give back to those who have supported you thoughout your life or career? In these cases, your WHY would be your family or your support system. 

Take a few minutes to reflect and identify your why. You could have one, you could have five. And remember, your why today could be different from your WHY 5 years ago or 5 years from now. Your WHY evolves as you do. #wctowealth

"Defining Success"

STEP 2: Once you have identified your why, you can begin to mold and define your version of success. You may be asking, why is this so important? Why am I encouraging you to define success? The reason is that by doing so, you are creating a benchmark to measure yourself against as you set and achieve goals HFWM help you in all these areas. By having a picture in your mind of what success looks like, you can track your progress accordingly.

Success is Personal and and that it is different for everyone. I encourage you, though, to take advantage of the people around you and ask them what their version of success looks like. Let their answers inspire and motivate you.

Setting Your Goals

STEP 3: So, whats next? You've defined success. Now you have a clear picture of exactly what success means to you. Now, let HFWM membership help drive your business to the next level, it is time to set your Business Goals in place.

Let it be a constant reminder that HFWM with its clear direction, determination and had work, you can achieve success become a member today join HFWM.
